Terms of Use

Terms of Agreement
This page explains the terms and conditions by which the client (“you,” “customer”) may use
Honest Crafters Pte Ltd ( “Honest Crafters,” “we” “us”) cleaning, repair, and restoration
services (collectively the “Service”) for your items. By accessing or taking up our service, you
agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of use (the
“Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.

All Rights Reserved
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our
service after any such change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and
conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms and Conditions,
your only remedy shall be to not use or endorse our services. This Agreement applies to all
customers, members, and others who access the service.

Upon your acceptance of the Terms of Services herein and making payment for the relevant
service(s)indicated overleaf, we may in our sole discretion deny refunds if you wish to make
any changes or cancellations to your order.

Service Rules
We exercise the utmost care in processing items entrusted to us and use such processes,
which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual item.
Nevertheless, we will not assume responsibility for any inherent flaw or defect that is/ are
not readily apparent prior to proceeding with our service.


All transactions are final. Honest Crafters may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of
fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to a corresponding


Payment Term
Payment is to be made before the start of our services; this is to prevent any cancellation
when services are rendered. Advance payments are protection against non-payment.


Honest Crafters will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the service
provided. Honest Crafters will not be liable for delays in its performance of this Agreement
caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including, but

not limited to, acts of God, wars, riots, national disasters, earthquakes, strikes, fires, floods,
shortages of labour or materials, labour disputes, transportation problems, accidents or
governmental restrictions. Honest Crafters will make all reasonable efforts to reduce to a
minimum and mitigate the effect of any Force Majeure.


Liability Policy
In the event of any loss or damage to the item due to our negligence for which we may
accept liability, such liability shall not exceed SGD $300 and provided that the claim is made
within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the item, and the original receipt must be


Uncollected Item Policy
Items that remain uncollected after 6 months from the date of our notification when the
item(s)is/are ready for collection, will be considered unwanted, and it is in our sole
discretion to dispose of such item(s).

Non-Refund and Cancellation Policy
We keep a strict Non-Refund/ Cancellation policy. We strongly advise you to make a final
inspection during the actual collection of service completed item(s) to determine any
defects/ damages and notify us immediately. Do not accept the item(s).
We reserve the right to deny any refund/ cancellation if you simply changed your mind and
no longer want the service, or change the nature of service(s) confirmed in the issued
invoice, after order of payment has commenced and item being processed by Honest
Crafters Pte. Ltd.


Lost of Item
We are not responsible for any loss of articles or items that were not indicated in the invoice
that contains pictures of the actual item submitted for service. Please ensure you have
removed all articles and items such as coins, keys, or any other articles that are not part of
the service, before submitting the item to us.


By using our services and accepting the Terms of Services herein, you agree to have photos
of your items taken for marketing and/or promotional purposes, with no credit and/or
remuneration given.

Pick up and Delivery
The pick up and delivery service is inclusive when you take up our restoration service(s) for
your item(s). This service is meant for one address only, unless stated otherwise.
Should you choose not to take up the services after assessment is done in our studio, a
chargeable fee of SGD$25 shall be imposed to have the item delivered back to you.
In the event of a change of address for either pick up or delivery of item(s) that is not
notified to us 24 hours before the confirmed timing, a chargeable fee of SGD$25 shall be


Discounts and Promotions
All discounts​ and/ or promotions may not be used in conjunction with other discounts,
promotions, or price packages (e.g. Honest Package).
