Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We keep a strict Non-Refund/Cancellation policy. A refund is only accepted when the item is not of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. If the defect is found after six months of delivery, it is for you to prove with pictorial proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery or purchase. At the same time, we strongly suggest for you to make a final inspection during actual day of collection to determine any defects/damage on the spot. If there is any defect detected upon collection/delivery of your items, please notify us immediately. Do not accept the item. We reserve the rights to deny refunds/cancellations if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the service after processing the order of payment, or found the item unsuitable for a special purpose that was not pointed out to us, up to the point in time that Honest Crafters Pte. Ltd. has commenced processing the order of payment. Online store credit refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the decision of Honest Crafters Pte. Ltd. will be final.
Refunds & Uncollected Items
Refunds for defects are accepted within 24 hours of the date you receive your item. If any damages on your item is brought to our attention(at our physical store or through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and email) after 24 hours of returning the item back to you, we reserve the rights to only refund up to $300. You are required to present us with the damaged item and the original receipt within 2 working days after the collection of the item, where we will inspect and evaluate your claim of loss and damage. Refund is exclusive of delivery charges. Items that remain uncollected after 6 months from the date of our notification when the item(s)is/are ready for collection, will be considered unwanted, and it is in our sole discretion to dispose of such item(s).
Remedies of Reservice
Should there be any defect on the items experienced by our customers from our workmanship, any damages on your item that is brought to our attention(at our physical store or through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and email) after 24 hours of returning the item back to you, we will gladly reservice them at no cost which we may accept liability when the original receipt is presented within 2 working days after the collection of the item. Note that the reservice does not cover natural wear and tear, damage to any part of the item caused by abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accident, improper use of your item or failure to follow the care instructions from Honest Crafters.
Reservice of Defects
We reserve the rights to charge for a reservice fee which we may consider on the following factors, not within our control, such as how likely you are to use your item, the length of time for which it is reasonable for usage, the amount of use or stress exerted on your item under pressure or the length of time due to inappropriate storage or care when the item is not in use which could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the signs of wear and tear becomes noticeable. You knew about any defects in the item before servicing (including faults caused by regular wear and tear) before buying the service if: it was specifically pointed out to you before service by us or the defect was obvious and would have been spotted upon inspection at the time of collecting your item. You buying a resale item from a dealer could not reasonably expect it to perform like a new item. However, you could expect it to perform in a manner that may be reasonably expected of the item to fit for purpose. The defect on your item is after 6 months of delivery.
