Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We keep a strict Non-Refund/Cancellation policy. We strongly suggest for you to make a final inspection during actual day of collection to determine any defects/damage on the spot. If there is any defect detected upon collection/delivery of your items, please notify us immediately. Do not accept the item. We reserve the rights to deny refunds/cancellations if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the service after processing the order of payment, or found the item unsuitable for a special purpose that was not pointed out to us, up to the point in time that Honest Crafters Pte. Ltd. has commenced processing the order of payment.
Liability & Uncollected Item Policy
In the event of any loss or damage to the item due to our negligence for which we may accept liability, such liability shall not exceed SGD $300, and provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the item, and the original receipt must be presented. The item, whether partially or completely damaged, must be retained by us upon settlement of claim. Items that remain uncollected after 6 months from the date of our notification when the item(s)is/are ready for collection, will be considered unwanted, and it is in our sole discretion to dispose of such item(s).
