Honest Crafters Terms & Conditions
• Promotions are non-stackable
• We reserve the right to decline promotions IF the services/damages are deemed to be inapplicable after assessment
• Colour-related services are done for aesthetic purposes only, it does not restore or renew the current condition &/or the latent defects, existing in the leather/fabric when sent/presented to us.
We reserve the right to deny refunds;
• up to the point in time that Honest Crafters has commenced processing the order of payment,
• after handover completion of services,
OR you simply changed your mind and no longer want the service processing the order of payment,
OR found the agreed service unsuitable for a special purpose that was not pointed out to us.
• Full payment is to be made before the start of our service(s); this is to prevent any cancellation when services are rendered.
• We provide an estimated duration for the service, which could vary from the actual duration taken. Any add-on requests or servicing on the item will lead to longer service duration. Choosing our service means agreeing to the provided estimated duration and any extensions thereafter. A delay in the completion date does not void the service Agreement.
• Honest Crafters will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the service provided. Honest Crafters shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of the following service that has been incurred to the customer’s item throughout the duration of the service process.
• Our cleaning services are recommended for hygiene and maintenance purposes only. Our cleaning services are targeted at reduction of stains or scratches only. Stains are effectively removed only if treated immediately upon the incident. For mould removal services, it is recommended for hygiene purposes only and not for mould stains removal. There are some cases as well that stains can be permanent and become part of the fabric or leather. There is no guarantee of a 100% removal. Continual attempts will cause dye loss or damage to the fabric/ leather, known as chafing or fraying. Our restoration services are recommended for aesthetic improvements. For avoidance of doubt, we cannot guarantee any results from the use of our service(s).
• As all materials have inherent faults to them, we can only repair and restore as much as the condition of the item allows. We will not guarantee that the condition of your item to be that of a newly bought one and you should not expect your item to be restored to its original newly bought condition. Specific expectations and requests by the customer should also be clarified with us before proceeding with the service, however the ability to fulfil these requests are dependent on a case-by-case basis.
